Yoga Asanas
Description
”In the absolute state of balance, Yoga, is found the purpose of Asana. The unboundedness, most exalted state of totality, Brahm, that alone is eternally stationed in eternity – This is the supreme ideal of Asana.”   – Maharishi   These yoga asanas contribute to creating greater mind-body integration by easily and effortlessly bending and stretching the body and creating greater flexibility, strength, and tone.   Yoga asanas are Vedic exercises to enliven mind-body coordination to support pure awareness, the state of Yoga.
